Once I’ve placed an order, how can I make changes or cancel?
You may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order at any time by contacting our customer service department either by email or phone during normal business hours as listed below. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes on custom-made, personalized, or printed items or fine jewelry.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 14 days to return any unwanted merchandise, with the exception of custom-made items, personalized items, confections/food items, jewelry, and printed materials. These items may not be returned or exchanged. Custom-made and personalized items may not be canceled once your order has been placed. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole and complete discretion of Shop Mindy.
Returns will not be processed without prior approval. Steps for a successful return:
1 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to a customer service rep at 1-888-777-3414 before returning any merchandise.
2 – You will be emailed a return authorization. Print the authorization to place in the box with your returned item.
3 – Package your items, include the return authorization and send to us at:

Items should be in unused and/or unworn condition and in its original packaging when possible. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receipt of product.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.
Can I place a wholesale order?
We do not offer wholesale pricing on any of our merchandise.
When will my order arrive?
Please check the shipping time frame for your items – available on the bottom of each item page before placing your order. Items stocked in our warehouse will ship within 2 to 4 business days of placing your order. Items shipping from the manufacturer have longer shipping times and are noted on the item page.
GROUND SHIPPING: Once items are processed and shipped, packages should arrive within 3 to 7 business days if shipped via Fed Ex Ground Service.
RUSH SHIPPING: Fed Ex 2-Day and 3-Day Express services are also available to certain locations. Shipments sent via 2 Day or 3 Day shipping should arrive the 2nd or 3rd business day after the order was processed and shipped. Fed Ex Overnight service should arrive the business day after the order was processed and shipped – not the day after the order was placed. Transit times may increase if your order in being shipped to a rural address; an address in Alaska, and Hawaii; and during holiday seasons.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?
We unfortunately can’t always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation as soon as possible via email. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.
Does Shop Mindy Weiss ship to my location?
We currently ship to all 50 US States only. Please check back for the addition of other countries soon.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer a variety of shipping service options via FED EX. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total dollar value of your order. Please refer to our shipping rates below.

Will my order come all at once or in multiple shipments?
Based on product availability, we may occasionally split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get the items you’ve ordered as quickly as possible. You are not charged any additional shipping fees if your order is sent to you in multiple shipments. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, each order is subject to its own shipping costs.
